There are many sites which display the model number as i9020 and ship i9023 instead.i9023 is a cheaper model(almost 100$ less) without the Super AMOLED screen which is the best feature of this phone according to me as the processor speed,RAM capacity are not as good as some of the latest dual core phones and this phone has a below average battery which lasts for only one day.I was expecting Amazon to be truthful to the customers and mention the display type in the product description.As the other clever websites,they also chose to misguide the customers by not including that part of the spec in the item description.Try calling the customer care and confirming about this item,you will receive only vague answers.( Review By ranjith ).

I was literally on my way to Wally World to get a Straight Talk Android phone. I was already aware it used the Sprint coverage. I checked the web-site one last time and entered a friend's farm zip code (rural Iowa) since coverage is very spotty (no Sprint that's for sure). And lo, this phone pops up! They then verified that it will indeed run on Verizon's network. 

Took it to the farm, even into the woods, and could still get 3g, surf, text, take pix and post to FB etc. Awesome. Now I see they are all sold out, but ST is coming out with an LG Android that will also run on V's network. I may snap one up as a backup just because I love the 45 dollar pre-paid plan and great coverage. ( Review By Daninboulder )

For long plane trips my Infuse takes a beating, charge-wise. I want to use it for games, music, movies... but I really need it working as a phone, a GPS devise and an email machine after I get off that plane. Spare batteries are ok, but I use a protective covering over the phone that's not easily removed.

This device allows me to charge the phone without any kind of outlet available, which is perfect for long plane trips. And it works - slowly, but the phone will end up with enough charge to be useful. The bad news: this thing includes 2 ways to charge - one is a USB out to phone jack in, and it's fine, but means having a fairly long cable lying around along with the phone and the devise. It also has a built-in lead that is skinny and coiled, and goes straight into the phone.

They need to be close together, but that's perfect. Only...it doesn't work. Something about the connector works only intermittently, so it's safer to just use the bigger cable instead. One other minor annoyance: overnight, you can plug the phone into the devise, and the devise into the wall, and it appears that both are charging, daisy-chain style. But it takes so long you may not have them both charged up by morning! Better to separately charge each. ( Review By Richard B. Olson )

Great Reveiw Samsung Fascinate No Contract Cell Phone 3G Android Smartphone Verizon

I bought this phone about 7 months ago and I absolutely love it.Before I had a Blackberry Storm, and this is a MILLION times better, and I chose this phone instead of the iPhone because I prefer Android. I really love everything about this phone, only reason I gave it 4 stars is because sometimes it freezes, but then again that has happened to every phone I've ever had. Sometimes it can get a little slow.

Review For Samsung Galaxy Prevail Android Smartphone (Boost Mobile)

Overall, a good phone. I have had the Prevail for a year; I got it the day it was released, and it has worked well.

The hardware in the phone is a step down. Although this is a true android phone, with market and other apps, the hardware is the issue.

For instance, my wife has a motorola atrix duo-core 1ghz. You click angry-birds, and it launches immediately, and runs flawlessly.

The prevail is a single core, 800mhz. I click angry birds... and wait. It finally launches, and runs jittery. After playing for a few minutes, the phone is obviously working too hard, as the battery heats up. (Reminds me of old analog phones, and they power they used to run). I have to monitor the task manager and close apps, to help other apps run better.

I have found a few apps that are 100% unsupported by my phone. (I forget the name, but the app that allows me to pay the meter for my car while parked downtown.) They will not install.

The other issue is the internal storage. There are only 164Mb of internal storage, and the OS uses that space too. While I found an app that will many apps over to the SDcard, and run them there, the performance is degraded. Plus, all apps run some information in the cache of the phone, using more space.

With only a few apps on the phone, I am down to 11mb of storage. This further degrades performance.

The new boost android phone uses out of date, minimal hardware. It's the equivalent of trying to run a 3 cylinder Geo in the express lane and keep up. If you don't put anything in the trunk, you might be okay. But, if you just did some shopping, and have some friends in the car with you, it just falls short every time...

Good for now.. but shopping for alternatives. The plan (with shrinkage) is down to $40 bux, and unlimited everything. I am quite happy about that....( By dql ).

After reading all the hype about the S3 that just came out, I wasn't sure if I would be happy with a "lesser" model. Plus I have been lusting over the huge screen on the Galaxy Note, and wondering whether to buy one of those. I am happy to say that I cannot imagine being happier with either of those two phones. This phone is amazing - it's fast, it has a wonderful display, and the voice recognition software is excellent. The seller did a great job of shipping the phone and the phone arrived exactly as advertised.

The only problem I had was with AT&T. I live & work in Egypt and came home for the summer. So I went to AT&T with an older phone (the S2 had not yet arrived) and asked for a SIM card and whatever plan they could give me to keep me connected for the next two months. They hooked me up with GoPhone and said I could add the data plan when my new phone arrived. When I got the S2 I put in the SIM card and called AT&T to add a data plan. After about 12 hours I still couldn't connect, so I called AT&T - they said that since this is a 4G phone they had no 4G data plan through GoPhone. So I went to the local AT&T store, where it took an hour to get hooked up with a regular account and not lose the money I had already spent. I finally learned that I could have gone to several other pay-as-you-go carriers for about half the price. Needless to say, when the summer is over I will not be interested in working with AT&T again.

The only other complaint is the crapware AT&T adds to the phone - I'll have to do some research to see how to get rid of it; they don't offer an uninstall feature for most of it.

Bottom line is this phone is everything I hoped it would be and more - I recommend it highly. Samsung, great job. AT&T - you seriously need to get your act together.

I've had this phone for a week now and played around with virtually all the options. My main concerns were call quality, app speed and battery life. The Galaxy S III excels at all three. As far as features, the phone has more than you need. I personally like the face recognition and NFC functionality. The screen is also outstanding. Clear as day in any lighting situation. The only function that has room for improvement is probably the S Voice which is a Siri-like voice command center. It's a novelty feature that I didn't use much on the iPhone 4 and will get the same usage on my GS3.

The backing does feel a little "plastic" but I plan to get the OEM flip cover which will remedy the issue. Other than that, great phone and highly recommended.
